"Chris and his crew were great to work with. I had a wood fence put up on the right side of my yard and an alluminum fence put up in the front of my house with 2 gates and a driveway gate. Both fences are beautiful. The work is high quality and I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. My neighbor had a vinyl fence put up by another company and they left a gap where my back neighbor's dogs could get out and Chris and his crew extended my fence to fill the gap between my fence and my neighbor's fence so the dogs could not get out. They were professional and great communicators and kept me informed. I had gotten several estimates from other companies and once the other companies gave me the estimates, they would never respond back to me to answer any questions. Chris answered all my questions and always responded to my texts. I still have 2 sides of my yard to fence in and will definitely use Chris and his crew again. I've already had several neighbors ask for his number."

"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "Loved Lance, he was honest, fair, reasonable and completed the work as promised and then some. I would definitely recommend Lance to anyone needing landscaping completed. He extended our driveway back and to the side with gravel, replaced the existing railroad ties, graded previously stump grinding, tamped and added dirt around our septic risers, moved dirt to file in a ditch, and placed seed and straw down where he disturbed the ground!"
