"I am installing hardwood floors in my home and the fire place stoop goes all the way down to the plywood.  I wanted 3/4" cut from the bottom of the stoop so I could slide the hardwood floor in under it.  The stoop is made of rock and mortor and the face is very uneven so a flush cut was impossible.  Doug came out and looked at the stoop and gave me an estimate.  His crew arrived, very prompt, and finished the job in a couple of hours.  There were a couple of places where I wanted it a little more recessed and he was able to chisel it my satisfaction.  He also patched a crack, repaired where the mortar meets the wall (that had cracked and falled off years ago) and a corner.  Great company, very courteous and prompt."
