MK Builders are top-notch. Their work is exceptional. Talk about quality for the money, you can't beat their craftsmanship and working knowledge. Our house is 100 years old. We've had several contractors here over the years. MK Builders was the only company that possesses a competent working knowledge of vintage construction. What's more is they love and cherish old homes. And as good as MK Builders is with old houses they're equally on top of things with new construction. MK Builders installed 26 windows in our old house and we plan to use them for an addition in the Spring of '24. MK Builders are excellent builders. Highly recommend them.

Kevin and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job! They came when they said they would and finished job right on schedule.

This contractor is very professional. He's honest and upfront, and did a great job. I will hire again for other projects if needed.

It all went very smooth. This was a big project Built on the addition. It turned out beautifully. Then did siding on the new addition and the rest of the house and the new roof. Everyone was prompt and cleaned up when they finished. I would definitely use MK Builder Remodeler again.

I give Kevin, and his crew my highest recommendation. Quality work, clean up, and excellent communication. I needed my back deck rebuilt, and a new roof put on after some storm damage. I was highly impressed with the new roof, and decided to have the roof extended over the new deck in the process. We now have a really cool outside area to use that we never utilized before. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will be having them back out to do some additional work on my carport soon.

It went well even with the in-climate weather they ran into. He will hopefully do some additional renovations for me in the near future!

All went well until the first rain when the flat roof section began to leak. Contractor fixed and repaired interior leak damage promtly
