Jeff went above and beyond with his estimate (even though I modified the requirements slightly after our first conversation). While they were just slightly more expensive than the concrete service company I selected, I really made my decision based on volumes of pre-exiting ratings. Since Universal Concrete is "fairly" new , they didn't have as many reviews as most other companies (I am providing this review to assist with this). Everything else was almost equal.
