She kept in constant communication, was thorough in every detail, and considerate of our ideas and (mostly my) wants and wish list. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Handled small glitches/issues that arouse effectively in a timely fashion.  Fair, comparable bid when compared with another well-respected painting company.  Gave options when providing bid.  Only small issue was that quote was for 1 coat of paint on trim when I would have thought that they might have known it would require 2 coats, but that seems pretty minor."
