We had 828 remove existing & damaged fencing, level the yard, build a retaining wall with steps & lighting with timers, pour a large concrete pad & a walkway to a fire pit pad, correct drainage with drains & a river rock bed, fix existing safety lighting, plant 7’ trees +. "Clive and Tracie were wonderful to work with! Nicest people you'll meet. Their team is very talented, polite and hard-working. We knew we wanted a patio and firepit but didn't have specific details in mind. In our initial meeting with Clive, he took the time to "interview" us to understand our tastes and needs. He put together a couple of designs that addressed all of our needs. Clive was very patient with us as we settled on the design that was right for us. Not only is the patio and fireplace beautiful, he included landscaping that provides shade and privacy, a dedicated space for our trampoline that balances our yard and lighting that looks fantastic at night. Clive goes the extra mile to please his customers. As the project was wrapping up, he called me from the nursery to ask what my wife's favorite color/ flower was so he could include them in the landscaping. Nice touch! I was pleasantly surprised when the job was complete, his team came out and pressure washed the back of the house near the area they worked. They also re-seeded the lawn on the path the heavy machinery traveled to the backyard. After the job was complete, I called Clive about one minor issue and he had his team came out the same day to make the correction. I would most definitely recommend Outdoor Artisan. It was a great experience. You may find cheaper, but not for this quality and level of service."

"Well, I had the sudden bright idea of trying to completely renovate my daughter's room for her birthday with less than two weeks before she came home from being out of town. I found Jules on Angie's List, and everyone was so happy with her work, I gave her a call. From the very beginning to the end, she worked tirelessly with her team (Rick Hutchison and his associate Kevin) to bring the vision I had to life with no time to spare. I really can't believe they were able to do this. The dedication and QUALITY of the work that was done was incredible. Jules went to every corner of town and beyond to find and acquire each individual piece for the room. In addition, the room was a blend of many different ideas and styles, so Jules had to think outside the box and go in many different directions with only enthusiasm and a smile on her face. She was incredibly thorough in keeping track of receipts and invoices (much moreso than I!) , and was very careful to try and find each item within the budget we had. For example, we were willing to pay more for a special allergy free bed than a decorative desk, and Jules was able to balance the costs so we had exactly what we wanted.
When work became a bit more involved due to a structural issue with our windows, Rick and Jules worked into the weekend to insure the project was completed in time for the surprise. My daughter was completely speechless when she saw her room, and tells me almost every day how much she loves it. Her friends love the whole feel and atmosphere (Which is kind of woodsy and starry with brown branch twinkle lights woven through the room but grown up enough with the stylized furniture. Jules helped me bring my thoughts of a starry sky into the room with a warm purple ceiling painted with an overlay of subtle glitter. It's gorgeous.) I literally have only amazement for the job that was done.

"I am comfortable with minor wiring projects (hanging a ceiling fan, installing a new light fixture in an existing spot), but new wiring is not something I'm willing to do.  When I removed my old OTR, I realized that the job was beyond me.  I'd used MI in the past, called them up, and got a team out to the house within a few days.  They were in and out quickly, and did the work well.  I will absolutely use them again.  Thanks!

"We contacted Imported Stone and scheduled an appointment to discuss our plans for our kitchen. Sales staff were very friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful with our planning. We picked a couple of granite patterns to consider. They gave us samples to bring home & look at in our kitchen lighting. We did get additional estimates from other companies but they were a good bit higher. We returned to Imported Stone and they put us in contact with granite distributors in our area so we could make a final granite choice. We chose our pattern & imported Stone gave us a final quote that only changed because of our granite choice. Imported Stone came out to make a template of out kitchen countertop. We returned to Imported Stone when the template was ready to discuss placement on our slab of granite. Imported stone installed our countertops promptly & did a great job. The workers were knowledgeable, personable & did a great job. They carefully removed our old countertops & there was no damage to our cabinets. I highly recommend Imported Stone to anyone wanting new kitchen countertops. Sales staff followed up just prior to & after completion to be sure we were satisfied. A GREAT company!!!
