Freedom installed awesome slate tile in our kitchen, a stylish printed ceramic tile in our guest bath floor, subway tile on our bathroom wall, and also repaired some original hardwood floor! They truly were amazing, giving us accurate advice on recommended repairs and they did it right. They did not skip steps and wanted to make sure we were pleased with results. "I have had All Points Carpet Care clean our carpets one time before about a year ago and he did an amazing job. When I needed a ton of other work too there was only one person I was willing to call. Tony is one of the hardest working people I have ever had come out to my house and his prices are very reasonable.
Tony showed up exactly when he said he would and got straight to work on my large list of things I needed done. The carpet repair work ended up being rather difficult because I just had a few spare pieces of carpet and Tony had to patch three pieces together to make it work. He still managed to make the repair look amazing. He really took the time to do the job right, which I really appreciate. He also re-stretched the carpet in our master bedroom, and that looks amazing as well. Tony also fixed a small spot at the top of our stairs where the cat had scratched up all the carpet. I had not asked him to do this because I did not think it could be fixed. Tony pointed it out to me and asked me if he could fix it. Even though it was more work he refused to take any more money for it.
The carpet cleaning went just as well as the last time they did the work. Carpets looked great after they were done. I have read reviews about other companies leaving carpets soaked or all crunchy afterwards when they dry and that is NOT the case with All Points Carpet Care. The carpets were only slightly damp and dried very quickly and feel great too. They also put an some sort of enzyme stuff that really makes the carpets smell really good. All of my furniture was kept from getting wet by putting either a bit of plastic under the legs or it was lifted up off the carpet using a small block of styrofoam.
The couches were very clean afterwards and again dried very quickly. Our kids and pets had gotten them pretty dirty so I was surprised at how well they cleaned up.
The other thing Tony did was clean the tile in our kitchen and sunroom. This was about $300 worth of our $705 quote and after watching him do the work I can understand why. It was not a quick task. The floors look amazing though and it was well worth that price. Tony also sealed the grout so the floors should stay cleaner longer.
In summary I can't recommend All Points Carpet Care enough. Tony is a great guy and has amazing works very hard. You can tell he wants to do the job right and not just get the job done.
