I requested assistance Friday morning to have the backsplash removed in my new home prior to painters and restoration coming in Monday morning. They responded immediately. Although booked solid for the next two weeks, they had a window of time that afternoon. I was very impressed with Brandon's knowledge on a variety of construction things. He was super professional and helpful. They were able to remove a couple base cabinets the cabinet refacer was having trouble removing as well. I was very pleased with BSM Services!

My experience with Brendon from BSM Services for my granite modification and sink installation was absolutely stellar. Brendon did a great job throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was his willingness to talk me through the whole project beforehand, devoting quite a bit of time that he wasn't being paid for, to walk me through his process and help me maked educated decisions. He even gave me valuable advice on what to consider when evaluating other professionals for similar work. This level of transparency and guidance was invaluable, and made me feel incredibly confident and informed. Beyond that, his communication was excellent, and his pricing was fair. First, Brendon and his cure are extremly nice and trustworthy. Brendon was so kind about when I wanted to add additional work to the project. Yes, I paid for the additional work, but this put a strain I'm sure on his other scheduled projects. His attitude was exceptional. Also, I alone was trying to design and pick out stuff for the bathroom remodel and he and his employee took time out to help me with that. Brendon designed and built a customized build in cabinet for storage and he and his employee helped with picking out paint colors. Their expertise in design and layout is exceptional. Due to dealing with multiple family member health issues, I was a mess going back and forth trying to make decisions. Brendon was so kind, caring and patient with me. The quality of work was great. I feel my bathroom looks like a high end home. Photos will be added later when I finish my special antiquing technique on all the cabinets. Thank you Brendon!

Brandon and his team did a great job replacing my countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything fit the way it should and he has extensive knowledge in an all around turnkey project. Definitely recommend.

Great follow up after initial call. Able to provide estimate using photos. Showed up on time and was very efficient. Took the time to explain what he was doing. Suggested products for cleaning and maintenance. Friendly and very professional.

Was able to do the replacement of the garden tub but also checked the fixtures for leaks. From two and Brendon was able to fixe one. Had to go back where I purchased the fixture to get a new part. Walter
