"Highly recommend. First the quote: Nick arrived on time, evaluated & quickly wrote up a quote explaining costs & labor. It was a fair price. What I particularly liked was the absence of a hard sell. I'd gotten 3 previous quotes & was taken aback by the oddly aggressive 'sell' (like: "you get a 10% discount if you sign right now!") So the others just felt 'off' & Nick with NBC Restoration seemed fair and sincere. Nick and his team (brother and daughter) arrived on time and did the work that was promised without any drama. Nick also kindly fixed my front storm door without asking for payment. I will be hiring them again soon to repair columns on my front porch. My dad and uncles did construction work. "I recently had a maintenance visit for my system, during which a simple electrical problem was identified. The tech was not qualified to fully diagnose or fix the problem, but with some patience, we were able to get the problem resolved. In the end, they sent out an electrician to diagnose the problem and a supervisor to execute the repair. Because the process took longer than their standards, they compensated me by replacing some equipment that was no longer under warranty at no cost to me."

"I cannot say enough good things about Benito. I initially hired him to build a retaining wall to help solve the problem of standing water in my yard. After I got the estimate Benito came out again and said he didn’t think retaining wall would solve problem. After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. French drain has helped tremendously and I no longer have a saturated area in my yard. I would recommend Benito as I think he is a very helpful, honest and genuine person."

"Joe fixed our bathroom leak by replacing the faulty hardware with the proper hardware and patched the wall back up and repainted the wall (with the perfect color match) where he had to cut out to diagnose. You can’t even tell there was a hole there. Joe took the time to explain everything to me of what our issue was and how he fixed it. He was on time, explained how long the job will take, and very thorough. Very professional work. My husband and I will definitely use Cransten again for our house projects in the future. "Brian Humphrey came out to give me an estimate on repair and replacement of drywall and interior painting. I needed this work done after another contractor did extremely poor work and ultimately stopped showing up to complete the job despite being paid in full. My home was left in shambles. Brian spent time answering all my questions and carefully explained how he would remedy my situation. He inspired confidence that he would be able to help me after everything I had been through. I had attempted to contact 15 other contractors. Only 3 came out to look at the job. Of those 3, only Humphrey was willing to put an estimate in writing.
