Everything was meticulously done, each project was verified by himself to make sure it was working properly and by us to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome, and he also made sure that all of his work area was clean and put back in the manner, he found it. "Highly recommend. First the quote: Nick arrived on time, evaluated & quickly wrote up a quote explaining costs & labor. It was a fair price. What I particularly liked was the absence of a hard sell. I'd gotten 3 previous quotes & was taken aback by the oddly aggressive 'sell' (like: "you get a 10% discount if you sign right now!") So the others just felt 'off' & Nick with NBC Restoration seemed fair and sincere. Nick and his team (brother and daughter) arrived on time and did the work that was promised without any drama. Nick also kindly fixed my front storm door without asking for payment. I will be hiring them again soon to repair columns on my front porch. My dad and uncles did construction work. "Joe fixed our bathroom leak by replacing the faulty hardware with the proper hardware and patched the wall back up and repainted the wall (with the perfect color match) where he had to cut out to diagnose. You can’t even tell there was a hole there. Joe took the time to explain everything to me of what our issue was and how he fixed it. He was on time, explained how long the job will take, and very thorough. Very professional work. My husband and I will definitely use Cransten again for our house projects in the future. I needed this work done after another contractor did extremely poor work and ultimately stopped showing up to complete the job despite being paid in full. My home was left in shambles. Brian spent time answering all my questions and carefully explained how he would remedy my situation. He inspired confidence that he would be able to help me after everything I had been through.
