Our roof had to be replaced quickly. Jim handled everything including talking to our insurance co. Jim is a pro who knows his business. He was efficient, professional and friendly. He answered his phone personally or returned calls almost immediately. Our roof was replaced when promised and was finished in one day. He quoted and did not try to add on to the very reasonable quote. We are totally satisfied and would not hesitate to go to him should a need arises in the future.

Jim and his crew did an excellent job on repairing the roof damage from a fallen tree after the storm Michael came through. They responded quickly to my estimate request and came to the job site ready to go to work if I so desired. Their repair estimate was fair and they did a great job on the repair and cleaning up the tree and job site after all work was completed. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing or roofing repairs. Would definitely hire again if needed.

Jim's professional and personable at the same time. He's busy enough (that's a good thing - he does good work) that there's a little phone tag occasionally, but not a problem. Price for job was under other bids (beat one by almost $1000.00!) and done well. I will call again for future quotes on whatever comes next!

I have used Jim Muldowney's Homesite Company for many projects over the past 7 years. Individual projects have included installing a new roof, building a new wood privacy fence, repairing damaged flashing and fixing siding, pressure washing the house, installing a new garage door, painting shutters, kitchen, master bedroom & ensuite.
