I was an out of state new home buyer that needed a bathroom remodel to accommodate my mom who is in a wheelchair and it needed to be completed before we moved in. The work suggested was exactly what was needed and nothing more, no overselling! The work was promised to be completed by move in and it was! FaceTime, text messages and phone calls were used to communicate and all were responded to in a timely manner, if needed. The hardwood flooring in the house was well protected. The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall."
