We had a water leak above our bathroom, and had tried to do some roofing repairs ourselves, but there was water damage to the sheet rock and we were clearly in over our heads. Found 911 Restoration online, called them and got a quick response. Joe came out to inspect the problem, gave us a free estimate and laid out what our options were. Definitely a fair, honest company who answers questions quickly and wants to help you get your peace of mind back quickly and at a fair cost. Absolutely will be recommending them to friends and family, or when we need more work done in the future!

I called about 5 am Mon. 12/2/19 and my call was returned around 5:30 letting me know they could have someone at my house by 7:30 am. They got the major items started the 1st day. They followed up with me after a few days and I texted them a pictorial hit list.They responded in 2 hours. At the final walk through with the owner, he made sure I was completely satisfied. Initially a few items got missed, but were covered by their excellent follow-up efforts. Pleasant and courteous staff.
