"My husband and I came home from visiting family over the holidays to a busted pipe in our basement. It was the main water line coming into the house. There was a river coming out of our garage and 3 inches of water in our basement. Not exactly what you want to come home to from being on the road for 10 days. Next day I called Pro-Worker and someone was sent right away to assess the damage. Steve was great and within 20 minutes I had a reasonable quote. Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"

"Felt rushed to approve the work and pay the balance. Discovered multiple issues later. Just inside the door there's a rock they missed, so now it's under the plastic, which will sooner or later puncture through. I asked for a better door than the one the first installed, but the second was also poorly made and didn't come close to sealing. Called/talked to someone about the issues, but afterward they stopped returning my calls. They also left lots of debris on the ground. The inspection didn't pass for multiple reasons. Waiting for them to come back and address the issues the inspector found. Update: THBS did follow up and fix the issues. They constructed a new crawlspace door that seals, which was the biggest issue. They took out the problematic rock. The inspection passed."

Chem Free Pure Water Systems
Chem Free Pure Water Systems
Residential and business water treatment systems. Water softeners, UV lights. We will analyze your water for contaminants such as chlorine, low pH, iron, bacteria, and devise a system to suit your needs. Treat your water from the source, as it enters your home, so whether you are drinking it, cooking with it or bathing in it, your water is pure.
"The process was quick and easy. I just provided a water sample. It was determined that I had high levels of chlorine in our drinking water. I was able to solve my water problems with only one filter. Why did I wait years to have this done? Now I can be confident that our water is safe. Highly recommended."

Regional Foundation & Crawl Space Repair
Regional Foundation & Crawl Space Repair isn't your typical company of contractors, but we make the search for a responsible and trustworthy contractor rather easy. "I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"
