They did a wonderful job. They were very prompt.The guy got the job done really quickly. They repaired the air conditioning fast so, that was a good thing. We got them for their local reputation.

We pay a yearly contract fee. They come out twice a year for routine maintenance. If we run out of oil or if anything goes wrong we are at the top of the list for servicing. We had an issue with them once. They had a new person come out and put in the Freon. He accidentally put the plug in backwards. We woke up the next morning with no heat because the Freon had all leaked out. They came and corrected the issue but tried to charge us for the service. I refused to pay the bill since the error was their fault. They dropped the issue after some debate. They come when we call them. they do the work that they are told to do.
