This occurred while we were hosting a class of Paws 4 People Service dog trainers and so there was a very urgent need to get this fixed. Carl returned my phone message promptly, checked with his crew, and arranged a two hour response. (Great!) The crew actually arrived early and went right to work. They cleared the drain and even cleaned up at the work site. I intend to send our Lodge and my personal business their way in the future. I am quite satisfied.
