This company came the next day after I called them about slow drains and a garbage disposal that would throw ground garbage back into my double sinks. They snaked the drain and said the disposal wasn't piped right so that made it more likely to occur; they added another elbow to it, and it now works like it should and sounds better. They also plunged my bathroom sinks, showed me how to do it by putting my thumb over the drain hole, and they got my toilet working better by replacing the Fluidmaster and adjusting the water level. They are very professional, removing their shoes and wiping up any mess they make, which is very unusual for a plumber as any I have had in the past have always left a big mess for me to clean up. I was very pleased with their service will call them the next time I have a plumbing need, and plan to have them install a new toilet.

They came out first thing the following morning, got the clog out, unclogged a sink separately for no additonal charge and reset the 2 toilets we had removed in preparation for the first plumber.

it went fine , unclogged drain , got out several items that did not belong in toilet system !!

I had started a landscaping project in my front yard to remove rocks from my flower beds provided by the previous owner and needed my utilities marked. The sewer line in the yard is apparently considered a "private line" so I needed to find a private business to find and mark it. My family always has used Cape Fear Rooter for plumbing stuff, and I wasn't sure if they did that type of thing or not. I called them on 3/21, and they said yes! They asked me when I needed it by. I asked them to come on 3/22 if possible. They said ok and provided me with a 45 minute phone call in advance of arrival since I work from home. Upon arrival, they quickly got to work. They spray painted with a water soluble paint dashes of where my sewer line was in my entire front yard. They were very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I felt comfortable enough with them to just leave the check on the front porch table in advance after greeting them so I could continue working inside. When I went outside to check where the line was, I saw they had left the receipt in the place of the check. The owners and employee were very professional, friendly, and efficient.

I was unfortunate enough to have a main line clogged to where my upstairs washing machine was causing my downstairs toilet and sinks to gurgle and overflow.  I called 6 places to get quotes (on a tight budget) and was shocked at the estimates and availability (appts scheduled several days out...). I then posted a referral request on our neighborhood's online account and was referred to Cape Fear Rooter (910-777-3520).  They quickly set-up a same day appointment, provided a call in advance of upcoming arrival, and were professional to-a-T upon arrival. They made sure the job got done right, in a timely manner, with excellent sanitation practices to respect my home (gloves, shoes, cleaning cloths, etc.), and were very affordable (from 35-45% under the other 6 companys' estimates I got....a lot of overhead I guess). They also were very friendly and didn't mind showing me things and answering questions. They also stood by their work with a guarantee. I don't plan on calling around anymore in the future. Cape Fear Rooter's shown they are the whole package on my checklist of what I look for so I now just consider them my family's plumber. When I knew I had a problem with the sink I looked online for a drain cleaning and or rooter service and I haven't had much luck with franchised businesses so I wanted a local business so I came across cape fear rooter. I called and spoke to a very nice lady about my problem and also asked if they could replace spikets as well. David, the man with cape fear rooter came out almost immediately. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He went right to work on the clogg and didn't stop until the clogg was cleared. He even washed a couple dirty dishes for me I had left in the sink. After he finished the sink he then went outside and replaced the spiket with a new one. He cleaned up all of his work area and showed me what he had done to fix my problems. I will only call cape fear rooter for all my plumbing needs.
