Brian is a fantastic plumber! He discovered the problem with both leaky sinks and fixed them perfectly! We thought the water was dripping from one area and he discovered it was leaking in 2 places. He showed up on time, was super friendly and cleaned up after he was finished. I highly recommend Brian at Wilmington Roto Rooter!

Colby explained the problems and solutions simply and honestly. He offered me a plumbing suggestion for my clogged drains that didnâ t involve having to get another pipe system. My house still uses its 1933 original plumbing system. I am adding them to my business call list.

They fixed both problems within 2 hours. Cost over $700 and I supplied most of the materials. Work was great but the cost was excessive.

I hired Roto-Rooter to check water lines for excessive water usage and to replace two outside water spigots. They arrived on time, very friendly and professional, knowledgeable, and addressed the issues I had. I called the local water company and they explained to the city exactly what they diagnosed as the potential excessive water issue. The bill was in line with my expectations for I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing issues.

Invoice is almost worthless for describing what materials costs were, what labor costs were and what discounts were applied. As work was in crawl space, have no way to check. < $700 for fixing one big leak and about 5 more pinholes using new PEX piping. Took 4 days from call to come and complete all work.

Dan arrived on time on a Sunday afternoon and found the problem in no time at all. We had been without any water to the house for over 36 hours.
