The reason I gave the customer service a lower score is that we had an issue with one of our grab bars and our shower curtain rod and it took 6 weeks for them to resolve an issue that took 30 minutes to fix. Ryan Jonik was the technician that came to fix the issues. He was great and did a wonderful job."
