Priced fairly. Wasnâ t the cheapest but definitely presented professionally and fairly. His proposal included price itemization for each of my projects. - install book shelf = $250 - hang large mirror = $99 - fix shower door = $150 - assemble bedroom set = $495 - patched holes in walls =$150 - installed TV mount = $275 - installed new toilet = $125 I provided their prices as I did get lower overall price from two other outfits, but both their bids just had a total number at the bottom. I appreciated the itemized pricing. After Lu took the time to share with me his pricing criteria, I was sold. He stood behind his price and his workmanship and professionalism justified it. We will be using him in perpetuity!
