James is professional and detailed.. He performs impeccable work..He installed over 40 surveillance cameras with great precision and tuning.. I was very impressed with his work.

Work was very professionally specially done and on time and within budget will definitely be using him again in future projects. I highly recommend using him.

James is always seeking the most economical ways to ensure we receive the best products and services..basically he gets you the most for your “bucks” we had a large project to include surround sounds, speakers, TV mounting all out door and in door, security cameras installation, internet setup, ceiling lights, and a lot more.. basically all audio and visual equipments we could think of for our home ..James made it happen..

James was a life saver, we had another company suppose to complete a home theater for us and never showed to do the work. James came in and worked double time to finish and everything came out amazing. Its the best room in our house, I could not be more happy and thankful. Amazing Job James !

Not satisfied with his work; requested to have a swivel mount for 70 tv - James installed a remote-controlled mount that was unable to swivel, (he had recommended to add a 2nd tv to replace swivel request)- NOT! He finally returned with a mount which did not extend out far enough to swivel, which has now created additional damage to walls. New walls marked up which now require repainting. James said he would correct; brought supplies and left them - i guess for me to fix the damage he left. Took cover off speakers to see screws not mounted correctly. Have repeatedly called to see if he would make right on his promises ... Now, somehow no one answers the work phone. He did not bring the equipment required which required multiple trips to the shop, and/or Loews. Again, he also promised a time to complete but never showed or followed up. I have left numerous messages, he left a remote to electric mount, some equipment & tools-STILL will not respond. Definitely would NOT recommend!

Lease, unreliable, never finished the job, does not know systems, over charge us, owe us near 2000 dollars in installation and service, promised to have services for us after incomplete installation, pleas do us him, he does not have a web site, he is a single person working awful experience, still waiting for his reply

James came out to install a wall mount and install a TV, He did a great job with the install and cleaned up his mess after.

He did not bring the equipment required for install of one of the cameras. Charged hourly but was chatty and inefficient so I felt overcharged. He promised to come back and finish the work. Did not call for weeks until I sent several text and voicemails. Promised a time to complete but never showed or followed up. Had to find another contractor. Would not recommend.

Friendly, quick and responsive

These installers were professional and worked like a well-oiled machine together. They were not the cheapest, but they came quickly after my contractor was unable to come and do the TV mounting. Their workmanship was top notch and they made sure everything was just right before they left. They wanted to use different mounting racks than what I had purchased, and I agreed to that and was very happy with that decision.

A very thorough and experienced staff. They actually made suggestions which were invaluable at minimal costs. I trust their company so much that I gave them my phone while I was at the hospital...they took care of everything. I will only use them.

James installed my 85 inch screen TV on my 16 foot brick fireplace. The job came out excellent I am very happy with it. The price was right on. Also I hired him to wire my upstairs theater room, again an excellent job. We are very happy with his work and would recommend him to all our friends and family.
