I found out that he sounds like a person that I can trust and he would not take advantage of us. I say that because. We've been take advantage of several times because I'm a 77 year old woman. Also my son has Autism. You don't know what we went through. We really needed work done. I found this business card at a restaurant and decided one more time to see if this person can help us without taking advantage of us. He went way out of his way by trying to understand what I needed. Because I did not know how to explained the right way. "Overall the work was done fairly well. I was satisfied. They were responsive when I had issues both during and after the job was done. The main issue was that Steve tried to add $7000 onto my agreed price because material prices had increased. Problem was that all the lumber had been bought and sitting in my driveway prior to the material increase. He forgot that he had given a list months earlier showing we had all we needed but the siding to complete the job.The company does good work but you have to stay on top of the business side of the contract."
