Overall the work was done fairly well. I was satisfied. They were responsive when I had issues both during and after the job was done. The main issue was that Steve tried to add $7000 onto my agreed price because material prices had increased. Problem was that all the lumber had been bought and sitting in my driveway prior to the material increase. He forgot that he had given a list months earlier showing we had all we needed but the siding to complete the job.The company does good work but you have to stay on top of the business side of the contract.

Soot the silk and customized correctly. As the work was commenced, any question that the installers had were addressed and completed properly. The final result was a form of art to me. My floor would creek in my rolling, cutting board would roll from the center of the kitchen to the counter now that the flooring had been supported by seven Jack’s of different sizes, which accommodated the supporting issue Which was lacking under my flooring. Now 99% of my house seems to be adequately acceptable. When it comes to repair price is fair in the service is second to none total satisfaction.
