I am very glad I found E Wright Appliance Repair. Mr. Wright (Eddie) initially called me within 5 minutes of my initial inquiry and listened attentively to my explanation of what I was experiencing with my refrigerator. He scheduled me for a home visit a few days later and showed up exactly when he promised. My work schedule is sometimes crazy so promptness and reliability are number one priority for me immediately behind quality of work. Eddie explained his findings, provided upfront costs to help me make an informed decision, and explained next steps depending on what I decided. He advised that he would need to order the necessary part and that we could schedule the return visit as soon as he received the part. His follow-up and communication was amazing and returned to complete the repair very soon after. Reliable, trustworthy, polite, friendly, cost-conscientious, informative, dependable. Mr Wright quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator door, and fixed it so it closes more smoothly than it has since I bought it. His work was neat and efficient. I will call upon him for any other appliance repairs and highly recommend him.

He was honest about cost to repair vs. purchasing a new refrigerator and also recommended brands if I decided to purchase new.
