He called me back about 5 minutes after I completed what I needed on Angie’s list. He was very helpful on the phone and was able to do the work the very next morning. He is prompt and very responsive. I can not say enough good things about him. He really did a great job! He is now my go to person for any appliance repair! He fixed the door sensor on my dryer. He saved us a lot of money as he could do the repair

Mr. Wright was lightning fast, thorough, professional, and kind! He came out right away and explained clearly what was wrong. The part we needed couldn't be sourced, but he came and cleaned it anyways, and the fridge worked right away! I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. And on top of all that, we paid less total than some people on Thumbtack had quoted me just for a diagnostic. Mr. Wright saved the show here at the theatre!

He scheduled me for a home visit a few days later and showed up exactly when he promised. My work schedule is sometimes crazy so promptness and reliability are number one priority for me immediately behind quality of work. Eddie explained his findings, provided upfront costs to help me make an informed decision, and explained next steps depending on what I decided. He advised that he would need to order the necessary part and that we could schedule the return visit as soon as he received the part. He was honest about cost to repair vs. purchasing a new refrigerator and also recommended brands if I decided to purchase new.
