After talking with two tree removal services--one had a full calendar for many weeks and the other failed to followup, I requested service through Home Adviser pros and if I recall Groom and Bloom contacted within a couple of hours. Taylor gave me a ballpark estimate and timetable -- within a day visited the property and provided an accurate estimate to remove a hurricane-damaged, split and creaking magnolia dangerously standing midway between my rental property and the house next door. The roofs of both houses were at risk. Since local weather has been riddled with thunderstorms of late, I was anxious for removal ASAP. By weeks end -- on a day with another storm, the company called me and said the crew could probably work it in. We played phone tag but a few hours later I received a photo of the work -- all tree and debris removed and Taylor raked in topsoil --an unexpected detail and delightful surprise. Impressive--to paraphrase: 'integrity is what you do when nobody's looking' and equally significant: 'always leave a place better than you found it.' In my experience, Taylor and Groom and Bloom exemplified these expressions. I never met Taylor personally--I wasn't at the property and paid a much less than expected rate via e-inoice after such excellent work was complete. Well done Taylor! Thanks! "Amore Tree Services trimmed multiple trees both alive and dead branches in multiple areas. All debris was placed exactly where it needed to be and cut up so it could be transported easily later. Third time hiring them, prior they cut down multiple large trees, grind down all the stumps and roots systems. Also they removed brush in another area as well.
