"He received the notice early on Saturday morning and called within an hour. He was at my house to get the estimate done an hour after that. We agreed to have the install done the following Friday to give him time to get the permits done. He and his son we exactly on time and the price was actually lower than I anticipated. "I called to inquire concerning installation of full-house backup generator. Right Electrical Services set an appointment; Company representative arrived my residence on time and went immediately to work with me in inspecting the appropriate placement, discussed with me thoroughly the scope of work to be done, the process of the installation and the coordination Right Electrical would do with electrical, power company and propane provider, and estimated time to complete installation. Representative provided me with a verbal estimate of expense, and promised a written estimate within a few hours. Estimate arrived within 90 minutes; Representative followed up email with telephone call while I was reading estimate to provide further detail regarding estimate. "Allen went through extra effort to ensure the LEDs we purchased were correct color and size to ensure no additional sheet rock repairs were required. Cost I felt was a little high for the bulbs. Allen installed along with dimmer and warrants them for life so we felt will be worth it. I would definitely use them again and will recommend BWM Electric to family and friends."
