This company will gaslight you until you get so frustrated with them that you give up on getting them to complete what you asked them to do. They did about 10K worth of work that I did not ask for, then charged another 5K to complete the original scope of work. Collin Chappell is a liar. He told me he installed concrete supports for my balcony and he didn’t do it and tried to get away with it. Now I have wood beams rotting in the ground surrounded by wet packed clay. I even have an email catching him in the lie and he still won’t fix it. They will lie straight to your face, take as many shortcuts as possible, make every excuse in the book and will steal your money. RUN."
