"Initial install into garage ceiling did not work. Subsequent parts and method did seem to work well to achieve a dense pack with fiberglass blown in. A lot of holes in the drywall ceiling. Be aware, a lot of dust from drywall during install and drywall repair. Price was very fair. Pleasant vendor. This was a complicated job."

Excellent communication thru the whole process from estimate to installation. The insulation installers were on time and super nice and professional. It was 97 degrees (feels like was 106) the day the insulation was blown in the attic. They worked had, but safely and the finished product was great. It looked like a bed of clouds in my attic space. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly.
