"Originally wanted spray foam for an unheated/uncooled bonus room over a detached garage in order to lower daytime temps so I could store stuff without having thermal degradation. The owner and supervisor came to view and owner suggested a radiant barrier instead - which also turned out to be cheaper than spray foam as well.
