We hired them for a complete house remodel, porch addition, and a 54ft by 14ft addition to the back of our home. They added 600 sq foot of living space, an amazing new gourmet kitchen. We also had them install new flooring throughout, new roof, windows, and new HVAC. They have truly transformed our home at a very fair price compared to the increase in home value we received. Jad(the owner) was very responsive throughout the whole process(always same date responses to questions, changes, concerms) and their entire crew is made up of people who do great work, people you can trust alone in your home without any question, and everybody is a craftsman in their respective trades. Would and have recommended to family and friends and we will have them back on all future projects down the road

Jad at 3:20 Builders remodeled our entire downstairs last year- including a full kitchen remodel and knocking out walls. We were thrilled with the project and how it turned out. From start to finish, this company was extremely professional and timely. I've worked with several contracting companies over the years and these guys were definitely one of the best. They are very understanding and kept a great attitude throughout the project. Definitely would use them again for sure.
