We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Be careful dealing with Triangle Reconstruction. Rob, the owner comes off as humble, honest and sincere, but if something goes wrong watch out ! I hired Triangle Reconstruction back in the winter to repair the foundation at my house. This was a very large project of which I had paid him about a third. On January 11 they caused a fire at my house burning down my kitchen. Rob was very apologetic at first, but when I told him I wanted another company to finish the project he said I owed him a lot of money for the work they did and he claimed that they had completed %80 of the job. Fortunately, I had a reputable structural engineer come out to inspect my foundation before they started working on my house and then I had him come back after the fire. The engineer stated only 1/3 of the work had been completed - if that much ! Rob also threatened to file a stop work order if I did not let him bring ‘his engineer’ out to look at it. I understand accidents happen and against the advice of many people I was actually willing to give him the opportunity to finish the job and try to help rectify the situation. However Rob’s estimate to finish was nowhere close to being equitable and provided no consideration for the hardship he has caused in my life. His estimate even included money owed for work they did in the kitchen which was burnt in the fire that they caused ! He clearly doesn’t understand the gravity of this and what my family and I have gone through and what we’re still going through. We have been out of our house for almost 5 months now and probably won’t be able to move back in for another month or two. My family has suffered tremendously due to this company’s negligence."

"BEWARE OF EASTERN PLUMBING!!!!!!!!My mother was extremely satisfied with Jeff and his professionalism for years but the owner and receptionist were horrible. My mother told me the receptionist had been very nasty with her one time a few years back with an emergency issue but Jeff was so nice she decided to let it go and keep using them. And we have used them on multiple occasions since then. After years of being loyal customers giving many many referrals (several family members and close friends)and thousands of dollars spent the owner showed his true colors. I’m a recently retired from the US Army out of Ft Bragg’s Special Warfare Center and School with 20 years of service and multiple combat deployments. Just to give some perspective and background. I attempted to address the issue with the owner after I had an issue with the receptionist myself while scheduling an estimate for my aunt’s bathroom remodel and repair. The receptionist was extremely rude during initial contact but I went through with scheduling. When no one showed up and I called she gave all these excuses about wrong phone numbers etc. I knew her background from not only my mother but other customers and employees. So I went over the phone number several times during the initial contact and had her repeat it to me. After several hours of wasted time because of the no-show the owner came for the estimate. Once I went over the issues with the receptionist he placed all the blame on me rather than accept the fact he has some serious issues with his employee. I will not go into the disrespect I encountered regarding my military service as I provided background to the owner in an attempt to assist in fixing the issues with his incompetence as well as his receptionist. But what I will do is start WARNING as many military veterans and elderly potential customers in the Greenville and New Bern areas about my family’s disgusting customer service experience. DO NOT USE EASTERN PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!!"

We called Delcor for help. They came the next morning and diagnosed the problem as a collapsed clean-out hidden beneath a gravel area near the parking lot. On Monday, they had the underground utilities marked. On Wednesday, days sooner than any other company could come, they came with cameras, radio locaters, and heavy equipment to excavate the break 6 feet below ground. They had it repaired by 2PM. One more day with portable toilets and we'd have had to shut down. Delcor to the rescue!"
