Very comfortable in dealing with Tim.  This is a big job for us.  He repaired damaged wood floors and then added wood where there was carpet in the remaining downstairs.  Then he re-carpeted the rest of the house.  In all he replaced or repaired every square inch of flooring in our house.
Overall great guy.  Workers were nice.  They showed up on time and the job was finished on time as promised.  We had Tim's cell and he was always available to talk.
When selecting the carpet and choosing the type of hardwood and stain color Tim went with us step by step and treated it as his own house.

Overall it went really well. The guys were very professional and tried to work around my schedule. They came on time and I didn't have any problems leaving my house while they completed the work. The new floor looks amazing. I only wish I had done this a long time ago.

I did not think they could do 3 furnished rooms all in one day, but they did with time to spare

This is actually my second time working with The Rug Shoppe. I purchased some ceramic tile from them a year earlier for a job a did myself. The reason I bring that up now, is because when I came back a year later, Liz the sales associate that I worked with a year earlier, immediately remembered me, my name, my wife's name, and even that I had two cats. She is really the reason that we went with the Rug Shoppe for our carpet purchase as she is a delight to work with. As we were looking for carpet, Liz was great in helping us find stain resistant carpets that are good for households with pets. I did get quotes from other locations, and The Rug Shoppe did not come in as the lowest, however when I told this to Liz, she worked hard to get me a price that matched the lowest bid I received elsewhere. They showed up to do the work on time. They moved my furniture, removed the old carpet, installed the new carpet, and put the furniture back in place all in one day. All in all, I'm very pleased with the job.

They were friendly when we first met with them but the work looked as though the rug had not been touched. It took a week but was dirty when we got it back.
