They were the meanest, money grubbing people I have ever dealt with. This was supposed to be a 2 day job. They did poor work and were not very knowledgeable or skilled in their work. They fought with me the whole time and Jackie harassed me by phone regarding the money. I was very sick for several months and they still proceeded to harass me. The work had to be corrected by another contractor, who informed me the job should not have taken more than 2 days, not months. They are all monsters.
The community around the area has also informed me of how dangerous this company can be and how many times they have gotten away with suing others for no reason.
This is all my own opinion due to freedom of speech.

After Walter Goff replaced our septic pump that had gone bad (previous report) he evaluated the pipes underneath the house and determined they were very unlevel and missing many straps that should have been there. (My wife and I had noticed the pipes before and asked a few other people about what to do and no one seemed to know). He scheduled a crew to come make the necessary repairs. They had to re-schedule a couple times due to weather issues but when they were finally able to get here the work was completed in one day and we have had no more trouble with the plumbing.

We had a MAJOR sewage backup, got the septic tank pumped out and within a few days had the same problem again. We called Walter Goff to check it out. He showed up the very same day at the appointed time and told us the septic pump had quit. He tried to fix it but upon closer evaluation realized it was no good. Walter informed me he could have me a new one the next day and get it installed. He did go out of his way to make a temporary fix to the situation so we could flush our toilets and take showers. He returned the next day and installed the new pump just as he had said he could do. Walter was on time, very professional and respectful. I would recommend Walter Goff's services to anyone and would hire him again without question.
