Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. Catalino and Mollie really cared about our satisfaction and comfort througout the process! The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own. It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost.  When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about.  He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor.  The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future.  Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future. 

I gave a B grade for responsiveness because I had to follow up with Marc after not hearing from him when we agreed would be a good time.  Marc answered my call and got a tech to me in less than an hour and the job was completed approx. 24 hrs. after our first contact.  Great recovery!
