Metal Roofing Repair
Raphael did an impressive job staying in touch. Rain postponed the work a couple of days, but he kept us in the loop. He came on a Saturday to complete the work. He presented two options for the repair and said he would be glad to complete whichever we chose. He explained well the problem (leaking metal roof) and what he would do to fix it. He showed pictures after an initial review and again once the work was completed, which helped me understand both the problem and the repair.

Inspection - Roofing
Was hired to replace rotten fascia boards and paint new boards on house, dormers and shed. New shed doors were made. the following day I was able to check the work. The shed fascia needed another coat of paint. The shed doors needed trimmed so they would close properly without sticking. Light came through all 4 dormer walls where rotted boards had been replaced. Several slice cuts had been made through the wall into the attic with light coming through. Pictures were taken and sent to Raphael who denied making the cuts stating leaks would not occur. Flashing had not been placed as promised. Multiple messages were sent over 10 day period. He finally stated they would come back to review everything with me, but never showed.

The work we were hired to complete took three days; customer did not express any of these concerns despite being physically present supervising our work all days we were there. Last day, our work was inspected as expected, the customer was satisfied, and the balance was paid. Three days after completion the customer reached out with concerns. We stayed in communication from day one, as we strive to do with all our customers. It was expressed to customer, that if weather is not permitting us to work, we are unable to go out to attend."
