Mr. Poole came out and tore my old deck down one day and returned to build the new one a few days later. He was extremely professional and friendly. He answered any question I asked to my satisfaction. I would hire him again and plan to hire him to replace my front steps. I have recommended him to several other people. I love my new deck and show photos of it to everyone.
