"The company we bought the structure from 10 years ago no longer had anybody to clean and stain the structure. It had been six years since the structure had been stained (we used to do it every two years). I had been looking that long for somebody to do the work. Called many people and finally found Austin Home and Deck. From the time I called them until the work was done was a week. They were thorough and did a fantastic job. I referred them to the company we bought the structure from. We paid more than we did in the past to the company we bought it from but it is well worth the price and it looks fantastic. "I was amazed at the work they performed. I contacted Ryan to explain about my old house that had a very sooty and mossy brick chimney...not to mention a very dirty brick patio. I was worried that the old grout in my brick would be damaged by pressure washing, Ryan assured me that they would be very gentle...by first treating problem areas, scrubbing if needed and then rinsing with gentle pressure. He said they could also clean the wooden part of my house and deck. They cleaned the wooden areas and did not damage any old paint. They did an outstanding job...above and beyond my expectations.
