William B. and Jordan P. were friendly and very professional. They answered all my questions and had good advice for me on protecting my home from water damage such as drainage and gutter routing. They worked well and quietly. The job they did is amazing. They turned my dungeon like crawl space into a clean bright space. They removed all the debris that collected over the years from plumbing and foundation repairs. And left my yard neat and clean just as it was before they started. They also took all the trash with them. Middle management stayed in touch and kept me informed of scheduling and the process. I would hire them again if I need there service. "Home improvement can be nerve-wracking. Ruiz Enterprises made it GREAT! Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. Catalino and Mollie really cared about our satisfaction and comfort througout the process! The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own. I loved that Mollie offered that option from the get go. It allows you be more or less hands-on, according to your own comfort level."
