NJM's quote was literally half the price of the highest quote, and one of them said it was too cold to paint outside in December and said we should wait until March when the weather got warmer. NJM didn't have a problem with the cold weather and used Latitude paint. We picked out the color and they purchased the paint for almost half the price it would have cost us to buy it ourselves.
