Mr. Boyles came to my house on a Sunday night at 9:30 pm and used "junk" material and routed the water from a gutter into my yard. After talking with him during the next couple of days it became obvious that he did not have a grasp on what I wanted done. He came to my house on May 31st to discuss with me my concerns, and why I did not have "trust in hm". I received several emails from him which made me think he may have emotional issues. I sent an email to him on June 2, 2025 at 9:23 am, informing him that I would not need for him to do any more work for me, and I gave him reasons for my decision. I also told him I would pay him $650.00 for the 2 hours work done, but would like a refund of $1500.00. I paid him a deposit on May 13, 2025 for $2150.00. Also I went to the Clerk of Court's office in Lincolnton, and discovered that he has a criminal record.

Deckman did a great Job, these guys went above and beyond what was needed! They were quick on getting me a quote and completing the project. Would highly recommend for any home projects.

Even though the project hit an unexpected complication, and the time to complete the project was longer than expected, they honored the price in their quote. We just had the best experience with the Deckman team when they cleaned, fixed and re-stained our backyard wooden deck. It looks like a totally new deck- we couldnâ t be happier! Throughout each step of the process they exceeded our expectations, starting when they were super fast to reach out with a quote and had very reasonable prices. We had actually planned on cleaning/ pressure washing our house and doing some much needed tree trimming this year, so we loved that Tony and his team were willing to bundle these multiple projects together so we didnâ t have to hire different companies. Deckman were so kind & professional, we felt confident in their work every step of the way. I really appreciated how courteous and respectful they were to our schedule and needs as well with a 6mo old needing naps inside throughout the day. We were also so appreciative that they were able to adapt and expand the scope of the project when we realized there were some rotted sections that needed replacement. They shared ideas and options with us (like removing the lattice work on the bottom of the deck and trying out a two tone stain with black on the supports) and we LOVE how these changes turned out. They kept us informed throughout the process and shared tips on long term best upkeep. Deckman sets the highest standards for themselves and then they went above & beyond. We absolutely love how the project turned out and would heartily recommend Deckman to anyone looking to complete similar projects! We will be hiring them again for more projects in the future.

These guys are awesome! They fixed my fence and did so in the most cost efficient way, always looking out for my interests. They are so prompt, great at communicating, and extremely trustworthy. If I ever build a deck, they will be my first call!

I called the Deckman on Friday and Declan got back to me promptly, saying he would call back Monday morning. He and his wife came here to give me a quote and was able to install my gas range while here. I am having them install my chandelier later this week. I am happy to have a good handyman service near by.

My deck looks great. I hoped to get 2 or 3 more years out of it. Now that it has been cleaned, spackled and has 2 coats of quality paint, I expect to get many more years out of it. Great job! Thanks!

This is the second time I used Deckman. They completed my job before scheduled time, which I appreciated. They were kind and courteous, and were careful not to let my kittens out. I would recommend them and use them again for future projects.

Tony did a terrific job hanging my mirrors and artwork; he was very exacting, making sure the placement was just where I wanted each one. He was also very accommodating of my schedule and availability and communicated frequently with me until we could schedule a time that worked for both of us. He was very respectful of my home and belongings; I would highly recommend him for any home project.
