I called for what I thought was going to be a VERY complex issue. they recognized the issue in minutes, and it turned out to be a very simple fix. But I am an older widow , and these guys could have told me ANYTHING. But they told me the problem and charged me a minimal service fee. Of course I kept their card and have complete faith and confidence in them to call again for anything!

Reasonably priced, prompt, nice folks. Also with the grinder pump, a separate issue, they got there immediately.

I would have to say our experience with D&J Well and Plumbing contractors was AMAZING!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your needs. I signed up for the Angi app at 10:45PM and sent the message I needed a plumber. They called me back at 10:55PM and they were at my house the next day at 9 AM and fix our issue. Now, that is GOOD SERVICE!!! They took one look and knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within 30 minutes. If you need a plumber these are the guys to call.

Josh and Dustin were very attentive to my mother's needs. They ensure she was taken care of and kept her updated on the work they were doing as they were doing it. They stayed and waited with her until the Gas Company came back out to ensure the gas leak was repaired before they turned the gas back on. They found and repaired another leak after the gas company came out with no extra charge.

They were quick to respond to my request did a great job , were friendly, and fair in their pricing. I will use them in the future. My only concerns were they never wrote anything down as far as an estimate or final bill and I usually like to keep those kinds of things for my records.

Josh contacted me in under 30 mins from my quote request through Home Advisor to discuss the maintenance of my Rinnai Tankless water heater. He was willing to come out same day, but we ended up scheduling first thing the following day. He arrived on-time as promised to clean, descale, and perform a general "check-up" on my aging/13-year old system. The maintenance was performed in a timely fashion, things were reassembled and hot water checked before leaving. Josh also communicated what he saw, expectations of the longevity of the system and sizing for my home, without being pushy to install a new one. Service pricing was fair and comparable to larger companies in Charlotte Metro. I would absolutely recommend their services and use them again.
