"We spent quality time with Nicolas before the patio was put in. He had time and suggestions to make this a positive experience. His workers were excellent too… well done overall. They even did extra helpful things in our yard to make the whole patio even look better. We would highly recommend them as they were A+!!!"

"Adrian and his team completed a paver patio and walkway for us in March. It turned out better than expected! He understood exactly what we were looking for, made suggestions that improved on our vision and finished the job earlier than expected. Communication was great with both Adrian and Araceli and they were very easy to work with. Our backyard looks so much better and I cannot tell you how impressed we are. We would certainly work with them again in the future and highly recommend them!"

"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"Ramos Concrete exceeded our expectations on patio extension project. The work was perfect and they even tied in to the existing patio with creating boxes so it looked like the extension belonged all along. Great work!"

"The greenhouse is awesome. They were very professional and friendly. There were delays but that was due to missing pieces, as soon as I got them they came to fix things right away. I am very happy with this project."

"Screen Medics visited my home, along with several other contractors for a project to screen our covered patio. From the beginning their team approach was impressive. Their web site is informative, fully lays out your options and describes their process and materials. During the site visit their professional discussed our ideas, needs, and desired outcome and presented options for our project. The quote we received was timely and the price was much lower than other options while moving us from wood to an all aluminum structure. We had lots of questions and their team of Heather and Rich were amazing. At one point we had concerns about permits and home owner association approval and they obtained confirmation from our local city inspector office that no permit was required, where the other companies would not discuss permits or charged a flat fee for permits, even though they were not needed. We set a date and then they were flexible as we adjusted based on the HOA approval date. On the day of our installation a father and son team arrived with all the materials needed for the screening. The father was experienced and his son displayed the attention to detail that comes from proper training and development. They worked through the day and encountered a few issues based on the patio and support structure of our supports. They solved those, but approaching darkness required them to return the next day and finished in a very short time before moving onto the next job. Our results with the full aluminum frame construction including the pickets, the quality of the screening and the excellent door to the back yard were outstanding. We have been using this new outdoor space extensively and really appreciate the Screen Medics professional approach throughout the process. We would recommend them for any screening project."

"We would definitely recommend patio enclosures. They built our sunroom / 3-seasons room this summer and it was a great experience througout the process. Everett was very responsive throughout the build process and also was the entire team. You get to see the 3D design & alter during the sales process itself and get the quote right away. There were transparent communication throughout and clean followthrough even when there were minor hiccups. We are happy with the final build."

"Added an extra 9 feet to our patio! Responded quickly and got to work within two days!! Was done with the work a day later!! Super reasonably priced!!"

"Great price and very professional. I went with this company to create a patio area for me in my back yard and I am very pleased . Will for sure use them again for all future projects."
