The insurance company agreed and provided the funds for the roof replacement. Chris and I came to a quick agreement on the cost to replace within the insurance estimate. Rodas quoted the best materials to provide a lifetime warranty. The installation crew was professional and efficient. The job started two days after I signed the contract and was completed within two days. From my experienced eye, they installed the roof system correctly. They cleaned up the old materials by the end of the first day and finished the cleanup at the end of the job. I wish I had them when I was building and remodeling houses at the beach."

"Sean at Rapt Homes came to my rescue after I purchased cabinets from Lowe’s and couldn’t find anyone that would set them to the floor and install them. Had I found him earlier I could have saved money by having him build my kitchen island. He did help me return some very expensive corbels to Lowe’s and even after paying them a restocking fee Sean saved me a lot of money by furnishing quality corbels at a much lower price and even found me a better price than Lowe’s on a granite countertop. Sean also re-designed the sloppy Lowe’s island layout to make my kitchen much more user friendly and efficient and dressed the island up with trim and a pullout trash and recycle bin not provided by Lowe’s and all at a better price. I also had him build cabinets for my laundry room and am very happy with the results, giving me much better storage options for laundry detergent and other laundry goods. Sean was professional, easy to work with and his cabinet skills are exceptional."
