"I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results. Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work. After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done.
John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also. For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for. While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway. He also repaired damage to two additional windows.
We have a small church with a limited budget. John refused to accept any more in payment than what was initially agreed. He said the additional work was his gift to the church. Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of John's work and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.

"This post is being shared as a mode of recommending. Perfection Roofing and Home Repairs. As a general contractors, they were great coordinator and communicators, even taking great pride in making sure we were apprised of all decisions. We were surprised to learn their estimates were even cheaper than we had expected. The project cost, 22K was 5K less than another reputable competitor.Senior citizens approach projects carefully, especially when new faces are involved. We felt comfortable at all times. A humanitarian side story involved how they took great care not to upset our aged dog."

"I was lucky to hire JT Contracting and My Blessing llc to completely remodel my house and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did! The house had extensive termite damage and other issues which required the guys to completely gut the interior but it was no problem for them to handle. Those guys worked very hard and made sure everything was done correctly, Johnathan made sure I selected the correct windows so they wouldn’t leak ever, they replaced bad for the roof instead of just covering it over and took care of lots of other details to make sure the house would be as solid as possible.
