"I live in Florida an own a rental property in Rochester NY. Needed some one to diagnose a give a estimate to find a kitchen ceiling leak. "Larry responded within hours of calling him. He explained the procedure he uses to clean and the great equipment he uses. He scheduled the apt to accomodate our needs and did a great job. He will definitely be the one I will use in the future and highly recommend him.
