"Tomas from TM Projects WNC did a great job all-around on an assortment of badly needed fixes. These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining. All of this was done with courtesy, professionalism and very fair pricing. Tomas works very hard, is thorough and meticulous in his work, and everything went smoothly. He seems to have expertise in almost every category of home repair and construction. He is timely, responsive, and follows-through on all aspects of communication and timing. I hope to hire him again for the next couple of projects. Highly recommended."

"I wasn't really satisfied at first. I had a few hours and they had to go back to Ashville to get some stuff which I had already told them. So that was charged for my hours ongoing when they could have bought it locally for and taken a lot less time and I complained at the extra charge but then they took it off. I was eventually satisfied although there were some problems."

"Eldridge and his crew did a great job for us, completely repainting our house and a very large deck. Eldridge is not only an artist, he is a skilled carpenter and was able to diagnose and fix a leak on a chimney, as well as replace all wood and trim so that it looked as good as new. He was very patient in allowing us to take our time to select just the right colors, and he even custom mixed a wonderful slate gray ("Eldridge Gray") that now covers the deck. There were some rain delays, but Eldridge was there every time that it was possible to work on the house. He was always on site supervising his workers. He advised me about flooring quality, with pros and cons for my application. He offered to purchase the materials on my behalf so I could benefit from his contractors discount. He sent photos part way through the project to confirm my wishes regarding wood grain direction. He used his experience to address the threshold between this room and adjoining which was complicated due to floor level change."
