They took down the deck and rebuilt it with extra reinforcements for my hot tub that will be arriving soon. I was so nervous after having such a terrible experience with the previous contractor, but they all took the time to go over all of my questions and concerns. "It went wonderful. They were fabulous. He did two things for me on two different occasions. One was ceiling fan then he came back and he hung a chandelier for me. He was very professional. Eldridge is not only an artist, he is a skilled carpenter and was able to diagnose and fix a leak on a chimney, as well as replace all wood and trim so that it looked as good as new. He was very patient in allowing us to take our time to select just the right colors, and he even custom mixed a wonderful slate gray ("Eldridge Gray") that now covers the deck. There were some rain delays, but Eldridge was there every time that it was possible to work on the house. He was always on site supervising his workers.
