They acknowledge it and attempted to do something to it but it wasn't enough and I had to spend a significant amount of additional money to fix it. I felt more comfortable with J&C Hardscapes. Carlos and his company did an excellent job installing the retaining wall. Once the wall was completed, it was perfectly constructed.
