I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC. "We had to reschedule our initial appointment due to power outages caused by the Derecho storm. The company promptly called to request the reschedule, and came as promised on the rescheduled date. The dryer vent in our home is on a high second story, and the technician did arrive with a tall enough ladder. I was a little concerned that there was only one person, given the height that he was required to climb. Also, he braced the ladder by tying off to a nearby tree, which did not seem to be the safest option. I would have preferred an additional person on standby for safety reasons.
All of the work was done from the outside using a flexible brush. Past cleanings that we have had were also performed inside at the dryer. I'm not sure that we received quiet as thorough a cleaning as we have from other companies in the past.
Overall, I was satisfied with the results.
