There were many thoughtful touches, such as painting the drain pipe of the Gravity System to blend in with the ground, and placing extra vapor barrier in the "working" area of the crawlspace where there will be tools stored and foot traffic. They even spotted a split dryer vent and slow toilet leak, neither of which I knew about.
They did not cut corners in workmanship, and Brian was there everyday to check work in progress. Even though I loathed to spend all this money on something I didn't want to deal with, I must say I am happier to have had it done. Now I KNOW my crawlspace is in good shape: clean, dry, and mold free. I am confident I can call upon Brian or Michael Thurston of Pro-clean should any issue arise in the future.
