"After getting several estimates, we contracted with BAY to repair some damaged wood and replace other sections damaged by moisture. We also decided to have personnel install a French drain with sump pump. The crawlspace remains dry. We're happy with process from answering questions to scheduling to getting the work done with no delays."

"JES YES! If you need courteous, professional, high quality work then ask for Tiger, Johnathan Rouse and Jerome Highter. This team did major work in my crawl space to provide new support to old floor joists and replaced main beams. I had 12 intellijacks installed as well as supplemental beams, band board and sill plate replacement. I have a new high level mark to compare other contractors to. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were patient with all my questions. No injuries and no shortcuts! The only pain I have is where my cheek muscles hurt from smiling. Thank you team!"

"Mgt enterprise was very responsive and had great punctuality. The were very professional and well to work with. They was the most reasonably priced out of all the others that priced it. They built a 600ft drive and installed a tile for ditch at the end of the road graded the land off smooth and spread gravel down the drive to my house and garage.
