NWC Services offers trapping & removal of problem animals around homes & businesses. We also do minor home repairs to prevent future problems once the immediate problem is fixed. State certified as an Animal Damage Control Agent since 2003. A lifelong resident of WNC, a US Army vet, with over 40 yrs in one local BSA Troop. We service all of WNC with our focus upon the Asheville, Hendersonville, Rutherfordton, Tryon, Brevard, & surrounding communities within our area. We follow all local laws & state laws concerning wildlife. We pride ourselves in finding ways to allow people to coexist with wildlife while protecting their homes. We deal in all major wildlife issues as allowed by the state with just a few exceptions. We do not control moles or voles. Nor do we use chemicals to kill any wildlife. We do not do rats or mice. Please contact a pest control company for that type of service. Big game animals such as Deer, Bear, & Turkeys are only dealt with upon the issuance of a state permit to allow us to do so. All other wildlife is dealt with under a different permit. Quite often we are able to help people figure out a way to live with the local wildlife without any trapping or removal. Let us help you solve your nuisance wildlife problems.

"GREAT! I called Tyrone to make an appointment. He knew from my description immediately what was going on and spent 30 minutes explaining the actions I would need to take to resolve the problem. Very professional and did not come out when it was not needed. He emphasized education around the forest pests that often vex me. When offered money for his expert advice, he advised me to just call him for service if I ran into another wildlife issue that would need his assistance. Great guy who truly has a willingness to help people."

Animal Removal questions, answered by experts

You might be tempted to call your local municipality to remove animals from your property, such as a groundhog burrowing in your yard or raccoons getting into your trash cans. However, they typically only remove domestic animals like dogs and cats from properties, or sick and injured wildlife that pose a public safety risk or health threat, such as a rabid animal. They typically do not capture or remove healthy wildlife.

Animal removal professionals have the tools, knowledge, and skills to trap and remove wild animals adequately and humanely. They also can relocate them correctly.

Yes, they apply humane techniques, prioritizing environmental balance while addressing bee concerns.

Removal typically takes 30 minutes to 1 hour per item, depending on accessibility and size.

If you’re dealing with a bee colony on your property, you might wonder if they’ll leave naturally over time. The answer depends on their circumstances. Bees often relocate if the hive becomes overcrowded, food is scarce, or they face a threat. With that said, if a hive’s location is safe, warm, and with plentiful food sources, they are unlikely to relocate on their own, and the hive may persist for many generations.

No, ground bees are not detrimental to the health of your lawn. In fact, the small holes created by ground bees can actually offer beneficial aeration which moisturizes and nourishes the ground. Additionally, ground bees are highly regarded as vital pollinators, meaning they help plants to reproduce. Unless you’re battling a severe infestation, leaving ground bees undisturbed can boost the health of your yard and the environment.
